Workshops & Trainings

When one impulse is not enough

A keynote opens the door. A workshop or training goes further: there is space for practice, reflection and transfer into everyday life. Depending on the need, I work with individual leaders or employees, with small groups or with entire teams.

Half-day or full-day · also as individual training or series

Stress Management

We go beyond theory: each participant identifies their own stress triggers and patterns and develops a personal strategy on that basis. We work with examples from their own everyday working life and address three levels: the situation itself, unhelpful thinking patterns, and targeted recovery.

Suitable for: Employees and leaders with a high workload who want to move beyond general knowledge and develop concrete strategies for their day-to-day lives.

Half-day or full-day · also as individual training or series

Resilience

Resilience does not mean putting up with everything. It means managing pressure and setbacks in a way that keeps you effective and allows you to recover. We work through core resilience factors: solution focus, optimism, self-efficacy, personal responsibility and social resources. Each factor is explored through short impulses and practical exercises.

Suitable for: Teams going through change, employees and leaders who want to maintain their inner stability even in demanding phases.

Further topics on request: All topics from the keynote catalogue can also be explored in depth as a workshop or training, for example perfectionism and performance expectations, impostor syndrome and self-doubt, positive psychology in everyday life, procrastination or psychological safety in teams. Just get in touch.

Good to know in advance

Keynotes & workshops for organisations
How does working together usually start?
Write to me briefly with what you have in mind: preferred date, topic and format. We like to clarify the details in a short call. Once everything is set, I confirm the date. Afterwards you receive all materials. A recording can be arranged for an additional fee if agreed in advance.
What is the difference between a keynote and a workshop?
A keynote gives a first impulse in 60 to 90 minutes, ideal for kick-offs or health days. A workshop or training goes deeper: there is practice, reflection and work on concrete situations from everyday working life, from half-day to multi-day.
How long are the keynotes and workshops, and what do they cover?
Keynotes run 60 to 90 minutes, workshops and trainings from half-day to multi-day, depending on the topic and the depth required. Topics range from stress management and resilience through perfectionism and impostor syndrome to psychological safety in teams, always tailored to the team in question.
Do the sessions take place online, in Hamburg or on site?
All three are possible: online, on site in Hamburg, or at your own location, regardless of where you are based.
Are the keynotes and workshops available in English?
Yes, every format can also be booked in English.
What does a keynote or workshop cost?
Keynotes start at €550 net. The exact price for workshops and trainings depends on format, group size and scope and is quoted individually.
How much lead time should I plan for?
Two to four weeks is usually enough. Depending on your preferred date and topic, an early enquiry is worthwhile.
Are series or multiple sessions possible, for example for a health day?
Yes. Individual keynotes can be combined into a workshop series across several months or integrated into a health day.
Are materials or a recording provided afterwards?
Yes, after every keynote or workshop you receive the matching materials. A recording is not included by default, but can be added for an additional fee if we agree on it in advance.
